The principal guest accommodation, Meall Mor Lodge at Kildermorie Estate sleeps 20 and accommodates family holidays, birthday parties, engagements, weddings, international family reunions and corporate meetings in addition to the traditional sporting parties.
Meall Mor Lodge is let as a whole, and makes an ideal base for groups requiring exclusive use of a well-appointed lodge for meals and accommodation, with the option to pursue their own interests during the day.
Three smaller properties are also available; April Cottage sleeps 2+2 and both May Cottage and The Annexe sleep 2.

With a generous 19,000 acres to explore on Kildermorie Estate, 3,700 acres at Baledigle and 530 acres at Creagan Breaca, there is something for everyone, whether it be the traditional sports associated with deer, grouse and fish (SPORT) or the gentler pursuits of walking, bird watching and photography, or driving out to visit the many and varied local attractions (ACTIVITIES).
Kildermorie Estate has hills, lochs and rivers. Challenging hills include the highest, Carn Chuinneagh which rises to 838 metres (2,749 ft.) and of the seven lochs, Loch Morie, the largest is within easy walking distance of Meall Mor Lodge. Loch Morie is approximately 3.5 km (2.2 miles) long and offers fishing for salmon, brown and sea trout, arctic charr and the elusive ferox trout (SPORT). Close by the lodge is the River Glasa which runs into Loch Morie, from which it flows to the sea as the River Alness. The estate owns a 1.3km (0.8 mile) beat of the River Alness which is accessed from the road entering Kildermorie Estate.
Although situated about ten miles off the main highway, Kildermorie is under an hour from Inverness by road, and Meall Mor Lodge has adjoining level ground kept prepared for receiving guest helicopters. The Estate also offers overnight re-charging of electric/hybrid vehicles.
Catering is provided according to requirements and charged separately. The lodge may either be fully catered by recommended cooks or self-catered by prior arrangement. The cottages are let on a self-catering basis.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome but are not allowed in the lodge or cottages. The Kildermorie Estate kennels are available by prior arrangement.
Baledigle and Creagan Breaca are smaller non-residential estates in Sutherland and Ross-shire respectively and by arrangement may be visited from Kildermorie Estate.
Resident staff are happy to offer advice and assistance, and share their local knowledge in order to ensure that maximum benefit is derived from a visit to the Scottish Highlands.
